| The area is dedicated to providing students with a global and interdisciplinary understanding of the arts, innovations and thought reflecting the aesthetics, values, and ethics that propel human civilizations. The area is also building a degree program, especially for those interested in careers in the arts, library/museum sciences, research, public affairs, law, education, and other social sciences. The Humanities provides learning opportunities through critical thinking, cultural enrichment, reading, writing, and group activities. Through personal expression and scholarship, students develop an understanding of the human endeavor . |
