Ed. D. in Professional & Continuing Education, Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL

Developed and commercialized statistical software for Correspondence Analysis worldwide

Conducted quantitative and qualitative marketing research projects for the pharmaceutical, health care, hospitality, insurance, financial, transportation, petroleum, and advertising industries. 

Taught 74 business courses in the areas of marketing, management, and business administration.

Founded the Bethune-Cookman College Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Authored 43 articles that explain correspondence analysis, apply benefit segmentation, or substantiate theories such as the impact of outsourcing on labor rates, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and Ricardo's Theory of Comparative Advantage.
