Graduating Seniors
You must join the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). You can join online. The current price for student membership is $42 (this includes the Portal, which is a real bargain).
You need to fill out the Degree Application Form (pdf) and bring it to my office. I will get a copy of your transcript and fill out a graduation checklist (CS Graduation Checklist or CIS Graduation Checklist). When I am finished, you will take the signed application form to the Dean 's Office, room S100, for his signature. The Registrar gets the original, the Dean gets a copy, I get a copy and you get a copy. This form shows what courses are left for you to complete in order to graduate.
