    Mr. Blake is a graduate of Howard University and Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. He is currently enrolled in a graduate program at The Union Institute and University in Cincinnati Ohio and will complete his graduate studies leading to a PhD  in Organizational Behavior in the summer of 2003.   His job experiences include; officer with The District of Columbia Police Department;  juvenile counselor with The District of Columbia Department of Corrections,  Attorney Advisor with The United States Environmental Protection Agency , and the private practice of law in the District of Columbia.  

    Mr. Blake has been a resident of Florida since July , 1989 and has taught at Bethune-Cookman College since August 1989.    He teaches Business Law I and II, Organizational Behavior, and Social Responsibility.  He believes in the development of the student's ability to observe, analyze, and think critically.
