Highlights of experiences as Chair of the Psychology Master’s program at ULV 1999-2003:
· Eliminated the $80,000 deficit for the 1999-2000 academic year met and exceeded budget.
· Generated budget surplus of $70,000, for 2000-2001 academic year, $100,000 for 2001-2002, Approximately $300,000 for 2002-2003.
· Exceeded my projected enrollments for the last 2 years
· Significantly, increase the diversity of students
· Developed a marketing promo video and further refinements to the Web pages
· Added and retained adjunct faculty,
· Increase the diversity of full time & adjunct faculty
· Provided added support to adjunct faculty
· Expanded and updated the curriculum to meet new state licensure requirements for MFT
