individual financial need and academic potential in the form of grants,
scholarships, part-time campus employment, or loans. The College expects
students and parents to assume the primary responsibility for college
expenses and costs.
Students whose family resources are not sufficient to meet
the cost of attending college are encouraged to apply for aid from College,
Federal, State and other programs administered by the Financial Aid
