Employee Online Contacts


Retirement Plans: Teacher Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF)

  1. An employee may contribute a minimum of $25 per pay period

  2. There is a maximum set each year by the federal government depending on age

  3. After 6 moths of employment, B-CC will match a maximum of 7.5% of annual salary

  4. An employee must work 1,000 hours or more a year to qualify for TIAA-CREF

Florida United Methodist Credit Union (Lakeland): To join, one must sign a membership application and purchase one $5 share, which starts your savings account. All accounts must be brought up to a minimum of $50 within 90 days of joining.


TUITION REMISSION
Full time employees, who have completed at least one year of uninterrupted service at the college, may be granted one hundred percent (100%) reduction of the regular tuition fee one 3 hour course if a G.P.A. of 2.0 is maintained. All other fees fully payable. Fifty percent (50%) reduction of the regular tuition is extended to his/her spouse and their sons and daughters (to include those legally adopted), living in the same household. which children have not attained 25 years of age.

A full-time employee is limited to taking one (3 credit hours) course during assigned regular work hours.  Written approval from the immediate supervisor is required.  Hours take in excess of 3 credit hours are the financial responsibility of the employee.  All written requests must be forwarded to the Human Resources Management Office for further processing.
