Department Of Biology
Department Of Biology offers degree programs leading to the Bachelor of Science in biology and in biology education. The department also offers minors in biology, environmental sciences, and pre-professional training for entry into schools of medicine, dentistry, veterinary science, chiropractic, and pharmacy.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Department Of Biology is to provide professional and pre-professional training to undergraduate students which will facilitate entrance in the job market or graduate and professional schools. The Biology Department endeavors to provide its students with research opportunities in modern biology fields in order to use their skills in service to the community.
